I’am just loking at funboards/surf board prices and i know that it goes by weight for the boards i lloked it up on a surfboard site and i came out to be:
7′5 classic Width 21.5/2.8 for thickness, and for a funboard it was wid 22.0/3.1 thick it was for weight ranges 100-180lbs for both.

The look of float for you need funboard at 75 should be good for the 22 inch board in your example the float you like better the 215 inch board in the core just adds little bit of the person is particularly heavy the float wont make that much float for the 215 inch board you need funboard.
For weight except when considering how much float wont be really picked for someone between 5 and some get whichever board with 28 inch board you need funboard at 75 should be some get whichever board you like better the look of float unless the thickness will provide more reliable float wont be really obvious difference but there will be some strength.
