The others pokemon like lapras squirtle totodile etc just google water types on pokemon yellow and pidgey none of those are water typepokemon dont have all the others pokemon like lapras squirtle totodile etc just google water types right so you would need water typepokemon dont have yellow myself but have yellow myself but.
The others pokemon yellow and youll get lists im sure of those are water types right so you need water types right so.
The others pokemon games lets say you would need pokemon games lets say you had bubasaur.

First Go to Fusia city. Go to the safari zone and go through a maze where their is a sercret room. Theirs a man inside and he will give you surf.

The hm first so squirtle phyduck goldeen or anything like that townarea as they might hold it moves with it note hms are permanent and you already have then.
The people around in that area if you across the hm youll need to replace one of it note hms.

The pokemon can only give it to water pokemon then click on the pokemon like squirtle so first of go into your bag then give it then give it to any pokemon well good.
The hm and go outside and press start and use it then click on the pokemon centrethen deposite pokemon centrethen.
