Ok, so I just recently got back into surfing (i surfed when I was younger) and I’m really liking it so far. For my birthday ( which is in a little less than a year (or even before my birthday) I would like a new or used nice quality surfboard. I’ve been riding on a wood and soft top long board. But are short boards better? I would like a short board just because they seem to be the boards that I could learn tricks on and stuff like that ( they are also what a lot of other surfers have ). What would be the right choice for me? And does anyone know good surf shops that sell new or used surfboards in southern California? Possibley even customized boards? With good prices?

I’m going golfing with my family today, however, we have never golfed before. The reason why we’re playing is because it’s for a fundraiser for a surfer who was injured and needs some medical help, but doesn’t have the money for treatment. So, I’m guessing the majority of the people there (like myself and my family) will be surfers. So, since this is a fundraiser, and a surf one at that, what do we wear? What do you wear golfing in general?

My son is making a skim board to take on spring break to South Carolina. It is the third one he’s made and they are a lot of fun but we can never seem to get that heavy lacquer wax-able finish like they have on surf boards. We have been using a spar varnish with about 5 coats on each side. Any other ideas?

When i was surfing the net, last night i came across a website that was selling something illegal. So how do i report this site and have it shut down?
It’s not selling drugs, or child pornography, or anything like that.
The site is selling fake designer handbags. I did my research and i know that’s illegal.
